Meagan Seymour

Meagan is a teacher at heart and has been in the world of education since 2003. After previously teaching in public schools and for the NC Virtual Public School, Meagan joined the HLA family during its second year to teach first grade. She taught first grade for three years at HLA before moving into the role of Instruction and Curriculum Specialist. Meagan holds a BA from Wake Forest University and earned her NC teaching license from NCSU.

Meagan has a sincere heart for discipling younger generations. It is her fervent prayer that the Lord will use her as His servant in the process of growing and nurturing the students of HLA. She is honored and humbled by the opportunity the Lord has given her to serve the HLA teachers and families through her administrative role. Meagan is wife to Aaron for 19 years and mother to three beautiful, wiley little boys, Collin, Tanner, and Cole. All three of her children attend HLA with her.
