Our Team

Jen Mitchell

Jen loves being a part of HLA as both a parent and staff member.  She has been married to her husband, John, since 2006 and has two wild, hockey-crazy boys Cole and Ty that keep her on her toes.  After graduating from Meredith College in 2002 with a BS  in business Administration she joined her family business working in the Green Industry.  While her main role was the business side of things, she did enjoy getting her hands dirty with the plants, soil, and landscape materials.  She loves learning and playing outdoors.

After taking a step from the business to focus on her family, Jen not only has had the chance to co-teach her children, but also use her talents in a business role at HLA.
