Jasmine Landherr

Jasmine moved to North Carolina 5 years ago when she felt a tug from God to call Raleigh her home while driving through. She graduated from University of Minnesota- Duluth with her Public Health Education degree and has enjoyed continuing to learn ever since. She is excited to jump into the gym with the students after training boot camps for adults these past 5 years. Not only does she love working out but she knows the value of our bodies & taking care of the vessels that God has given us. She also has certifications as a Personal Trainer, Health & Nutrition Coach, Run Coach & Youth Sports Coach. She was introduced to the University model of HLA last winter & soon became thrilled to be part of families lives on a whole new level.

Jasmine loves the outdoors & you can find her & her dog Hartley on the trails or at the lake reading when she is not helping others with their fitness journeys!
