Hailey Phillips

Hailey Phillips was born and raised in a tiny town called Hudson, in western North Carolina. At nine years old she accepted Christ and began her walk with God. Later moving to Greenville and then Wilmington, Hailey continued walking with the Lord and serving in children's ministry beginning in middle school. Hailey attended UNC Wilmington where she received a degree in elementary education. She then taught 1st grade for more than seven years.
Hailey married her husband, Owen in 2014 and after moving to Raleigh in 2017, God blessed them with two children, Oliver and Harper. Hailey paused her teaching career to stay home with her children in 2021, and is now excited to continue her love of teaching at HLA!
