Tiffany Hayman

Tiffany was born and raised in New Jersey and attended Gordon College in
Massachusetts where she received her Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood
Education and Psychology. She then moved to Orlando, FL where she taught
in Title I prekindergarten programs in Orange County public schools and also
met and married her husband Mike. After visiting the Raleigh area to visit a
family member, they fell in love with the family-oriented atmosphere and
decided to make North Carolina the place they would settle and start their
own family.
It was here in 2008 that Tiffany earned her Montessori credential for 3-6 year
olds and fell in love with the individualized curriculum and hands-on
materials of the methodology. She has enjoyed over 13 years of lead teaching
experience in addition to several wonderful years as a stay-at-home mom.
She has also had the privilege to serve as a mentor for a new teacher
completing her own Montessori training.
Tiffany and Mike's 2 daughters, Mackenzie and Delaney, will also be
transitioning to Heritage Leadership Academy from a lifelong Montessori
education. They are all looking forward to this new adventure that the Lord
has called them to and excited to join what has already proven to be a very
welcoming, faith-filled community!
